managing quick start in manager

I have created a custom for and added to the Quick Start project. I have deployed the Quick Start project to my test server and it everything is working well.

 

I now need to make it so that the site's analyst can manage changes in manager. I'm not sure how to do that and have been unable to find specific instructions either. If someone could provide me with information on how to do this or where I can find instructions it would be appreciated.
