Basic alert workflow won't run in HTML5 2.5.1

I'm just trying to run a simple alert workflow to get started and it runs when I choose to run on startup, but it won't run otherwise. 

 

I think all of the process is described in the screenshots below. Thanks for any help you can provide.

  Permanently deleted user

  the Command should be RunWorkflowById

   

  Start typing it in and it will autocomplete. Same with Command Parameter

  Thanks! I knew there was something i was missing. it seems the Hello World example has been removed from the Code Gallery.
