Print map error - Essentials 4.3, HTML5 2.4

Opening our map at the initial extent (1:59968), the Print Map functions as we expect. Once you zoom in, we get the following message when attempting the print: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

  Hi Patrick,

   

  Check for a SYSTEM log file around the same time as the print operation.  The log file will be located here -

   

  C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\REST\App_Data\Logs\

   

  on a standard install.  Feel free to post any errors found in the log here.
