Markdown text not visible in a Chrome browser for Android

I have build a workflow with a displayform that are using markdown-text. The text in the markdown-box doesn't show up when running the workflow in a chrome browser on my android phone. Is this a known issue?

  Yes it is a known issue, the bug number is GVH-8013.  It has not yet been resolved.  I have added you as a stakeholder to the issue.

  I'm having this issue with GVH 2.6 in Chrome (Android) and on Safari (iPhone 5S). Any idea if this is still listed as a known issue, or is it supposed to have been resolved?

  I too have this issue.

   

  Markdown doesnt show in mobile ios safari, marhmellow chrome etc.

  Hi Everyone,

   

  We've found that at least in some cases, the Handheld configuration file may be missing the configuration for the MarkdownFormItem.

   

  If anyone is looking to troubleshoot this issue, you can check your Handheld.json.js file (default location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\Sites\SITENAME\Viewers\VIEWERNAME\VirtualDirectory\Resources\Config\Default\Handheld.json.js -please remember to back this file up before making any changes)

   

  See if it contains the following: { "id": "MarkdownFormItem", "type": "geocortex.essentialsHtmlViewer.mapping.modules.workflow.forms.items.MarkdownFormItemView", "markup": "Mapping/modules/Workflow/Forms/Items/MarkdownFormItemView.html" },

   

  If it does not, try adding it just below this: { "id": "ListBoxFormItem", "type": "geocortex.essentialsHtmlViewer.mapping.modules.workflow.forms.items.ListBoxFormItemView", "markup": "Mapping/modules/Workflow/Forms/Items/ListBoxFormItemView.html" },
