2.5.2. identify error

On Friday I updated to 2.5.2 and was thrilled to see GVH-7040 resolved. I was dismayed, however, when then trying the What's Here, because it returned the following error: The requested operation failed. Try again later, or inform your application administrator of the problem. Despite this error, results were still returned as normal, so I would like to stop the distracting warning from appearing. This also happens just the same using any of the Identify tools. Is anyone else seeing this behaviour? How can it be fixed?

  I have run into a similar issue that causes the error: "The requested operation failed. Try again later, or inform your application administrator of the problem.".

   

  I have a hospital layer that has "Map Tips" checked on and it is projected in Vermont State Plane Meters. When I add a basemap or a layer that has a different projection, and I click outside outside the bounds of the projection, then I revieve that error. It does not occur when the Map Tips layer is the only layer in the map. I attached some images to illustrate this issue.

   

  I understand that this is a unique case, but I thought I would add it in.
