Keyboard shortcuts for WCAG Compliance

I'm working on making a workflow WCAG compliant and part of the work involves ensuring there are keyboard shortcuts for all its tools.  Could you tell me the shortcuts to do the following.

 

Using a DisplayForm with a listbox with its Selection Mode set to multiple.  I can select one item but how do I select multiple items?

 

Using a DisplayCaptureGeometry and allowing the user to use a 'Polygon' or 'Rectangle', what are the shortcut keys he/she uses to create a polygon or rectangle in the map?

 

The workflow will be used in the HTML5 Viewer and we're currently on version 2.5.1.

  Hi Mark, 

  I looked into these issues and was able to replicate them in my environment. I can confirm that it currently is not possible to select multiple items in a list box with the keyboard tools and I have filed this in our bug tracking system (as well as added you as a stakeholder). It is currently listed as GVH-8388.

  For the issue you are experiencing with Display Capture Geometry, I noticed that when you select a tool for capturing your geometry, you keyboard focus is taken to the wrong place. 

  When using any form of markup/capture/identify tool, the focus should immediatly switch to the map. In the instance of the Display Capture Geometry tools, it switches to the X button of the tool context info tab. 

  This hinders the general use case that we are looking for, as you are supposed to be able to press Enter a second time after selecting a tool, which will start the Keyboard Tools Mode.

  To get around this problem currently with the Capture Geometry tool, after selecting the tool you will have to use the Tab key to change focus to the main map, and then press Enter again to start the Keyboard Tools Mode. I filed a secondary issue with you as the stakeholder to get this fixed as well GVH-8381.
