Custom activity not showing in the toolbox

I build a custom activity using VS 2013.  Then i copied dll to workflow designer folder.  The activity showed up in workflow designer toolbox.  I changed something in the code and reference and the activity stopped to show in the toolbox.  I do not know why.  I created a new activity project with nothing except two InArgument and one output.  This one did not show in toolbox either.

  I figured this out.  I can't compile the activity using x86.  once i changed it back "any cpu"  i was able to see my custom activity.
