HTML5 2.5.2 Identify Error
I am having the same problem as described in this thread: https://support.geocortex.com/customer/essentialsGSCForum?sub-nav=forum&main-nav=essentials&#!/feedtype=SINGLE_QUESTION_DETAIL&id=90660000000XaHtAAK (http://support.geocortex.com/customer/essentialsGSCForum?sub-nav=forum&main-nav=essentials&#!/feedtype=SINGLE_QUESTION_DETAIL&id=90660000000XaHtAAK)
HOWEVER, the 'best answer' for this one is not resolving my issue.
We already had Map, Query, and Data checked on our map services.
It also bears noting that this only happens on our 'live' server and not on our test server. (SAME versions of essentials, viewers, and AGServer -- same SERVICES, in fact.)

Hi Eric
Did you find a resolution to this? Recently upgraded to AGS 10.4 and encountered this issue after republishing a service.
Cheers,
Orlo0 -
The most common cause of this error is a missing OBJECTID or SHAPE field within your service. I would start there. 0 -
I just wanted to let others know - we have solved this problem after several months by doing the following:
1: Update the MXD documents and move the fields for every feature class to the end of the table SHAPE, SHAPE.AREA, SHAPE.LEN (in this order, shape.len being the last) to the end of the fields list in ArcMap. You can do this in the Properties menu > Fields
2. Republish the service
3. For some services we got an error and couln't overwrite or delete it, we followed the instructions by Esri that Wayne Richard is refering to: http://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000015549
Remember to restart the ArcGIS Windows Service at the end (last step on the list)
I hope this is helpful, Iris0
