Cache map service not show at Legend in print map print map

We have Geocortex Essential 4.4.2, HTML 5 Viewer 2.5.1 and ArcGIS Server 10.3.0

 

When we print the map, the legend does not include cached map layers even though cache map layers still show on the map. I have to manually change the layer visible = true at site.xml document.

 

After we upgrade from 4.3 to 4.4.2, HTML viewer legend list includes cached map layers, but the print map legend list still not be fixed. Is there any way rather than munually update for each layer?
