export the result dataset of the query tool to csv

Hello,

 

I am using the "Query" out of the box tool.

 

Will it be possible to export the results taht we get from the Query tool to CSV?

  Hi Srikanth,

   

  Yes, it is possible.  When looking at the list of Query Results there is a "Panel Action Menu" to the right of the title "Query Results()".  Clicking this control reveals a menu and one of the options is Export to CSV.

  If you have any data-linked tables to the feature, they will not export only the features will.  It has been a bug for some time in the HTML5 browser (GVH-7745)

   

  Hoping it is resolved in the next release.

  Quick update: GVH-7745 has been prioritized for GVH 2.8, which is tentatively scheduled for the end of the year (2016). I've filed an idea for it (https://support.geocortex.com/essentialsGSCIdeasDetail?c=09a6000000008RsAAI&id=08760000000bpd4AAA&categ=all&sub-nav=ideas&main-nav=essentials) here .
