Snapping ignored on measurement

I am having an issue where feature snapping appears to be ignored.  If I try to measure a line with snapping enabled, the line that is drawn is snapped to the feature but the measurement that is determined is from where I clicked, not snapped points.  Has anyone else seen this or found a workaround?

  I am having a similar issue. I even see two lines, one snapped and one not. The labels follow the lines not snapped. I posted my issue earlier (https://support.geocortex.com/essentialsGSCForum?sub-nav=forum&main-nav=essentials&%20#!/feedtype=SINGLE_QUESTION_SEARCH_RESULT&id=90660000000XaGbAAK) . Do you see two lines as well?

  Hello Marcus and Masao,

   

  This looks like a case of a known bug with the measurement tool (GVH-8225).  Fortunately, this issue is resolved in GVH 2.6, which is targeted for release this year, some time in Q1.
