Workflow status error

Hi, a workflow is intermittently throwing an error referencing a status of 0. What does that status indicate? The message is "There was a workflow error running activity: Unable to load https://gistest/geocortex/essentials/rest/sites/mysite/workflows/inspect/run status: 0".

 

The workflow generally works but every several times run, it throws the error.

  Adding to this: the error msg seems to also include the following cryptic text "_ts=145445797134718", where the numeric value varies on each error.

   

  Also, it looks like the error is related to an external activity "Refresh Map". If I specify a particular map service, I get the error, or if I leave the map service parameter blank, the activity will refresh all services, including the problematic one, and we get the error. I have restarted this service and looked for anything different about it, but I'm not seeing any problem with the service that would hint at why it can't be refreshed.

  It seems the workflow just crashes.

   

  What if you use a Try Catch block in your workflow?

   

  What do you mean with external activitity Refresh Map? Not the workflow activity Refresh Map?

  Nico,

   

  Actually the workflow completes successfully, but it still throws that error apparently after the workflow has finished. You are correct, I'm using the Refresh Map activity in the workflow.

   

  A try\catch block is worth looking at with this. I'll try it.
