Is anyone having trouble executing workflows by ID with handheld or tablet devices?
I have a custom workflow using out of the box Essetials actvities, but when I try to execute the workflow with a "I want to" command, I get an error message that there was an error with the workflow and it can't be loaded. I am connected to the internet and can use the usual provided commands in the default I want to menu.
Thank you,

Stetson,
Android or iOS devices? What browser? We have noticed issues periodically with Safari on iOS. Not necessarily your issue but others (many of which has been fixed).

Hello, Tom. Thanks for answering so quickly.
I am using my Galaxy S6 and Nexus 10. Android devices, of course. Here's the error message:
There was a workflow error running activity: Unable to load <URI to workflow>/run?f=fson&dojo.preventCache=<number> status: 00 -
I'm using the geocortex mobile app on both phone and tablet.
I tried using Chrome on the Nexus tablet...The workflow executes fine.

Just tried using Chrome browser on the Galaxy S6 and the workflow executes there with no problems as well.
I downloaded the apk from the Support Center downloads.

Sorry, been crazy day here. Can you summarize where it is breaking?
Phone HTML5?
Tablet HTML5?
Phone Mobile App?
Tablet HTML5?
Just looking at the error. It may just be a cache issue. But I've also seen this Status: 0 issue popping up a lot recently.0 -
No worries, Tom.
Here's the rundown:
Phone HTML5 - good
Tablet HTML5 - good
Phone Mobile App - error (as above)
Tablet Mobile App - error (as above)

You are probably going to have to elevate that to LG. Technically, they should work in the Mobile App as long as you are not offline, but I honestly haven't played with the latest version of GMF. 0
