authentication options for custom 3rd party apps

We are trying to integrate a custom developed web application with our geocortex viewer and we'd like to use the same authentication. Allowing users to go from our Geocortex viewer to our custom web app without having to login twice.  Any suggestions?

  Hi Matt,

   

  Which security provider are you using?  Active Directory?  Does the custom web app use windows integrated security?
