    Hi there,

     

    This sounds reminiscent of a bug that was supposed to be resolved in GVH 2.5.2 (GVH-7158).  Can you please have a quick look at the Toolbar and Tool Behavior section and let me know if they are blank?

    Thanks for the reply. Toolbar and TooBehavior seem correct and they are not blank. 

     

    Geocortex 4.4.3 + GVH 2.5. have been installed before Insight 1.01 installation. 

     

    It seems to me that Insight 1.01 application runs correctly, I can see sites and workflows listed within InsightReport application, but obiously no stats have been captured.

    Hi there,

     

    hmm, interesting.  I'm not too sure why you are not able to see the Insight Integration module.  I would suggest opening a support case so that we can do some troubleshooting with you.

    If I open case can you do some troubleshooting? because in the past everytime I opened a case it got closed within few days without any information or feedback. 

     

    Is there anyone else on this forum with this kind of issue?

    Hi there,

     

    I just had a look at your account, and your first level support is actually handled through a reseller (AAM).  Please reach out to them for support, and then they can open a case on your behalf.
