symbology with 2 variables

I am having trouble bringing a point webservice into geocortex, in which the symbology is based on two variables.  Something ArcMap can do.  I am using the HTML5 viewer.  This particular point webmap service gets converted to a simple single symbol.  Is this a known bug in Geocortex? If not has anyone else had this trouble?

  We have a point service symbolized with multi-field values and it displays fine in GVH. Maybe your issue is more with the actual symbol used. How does your service look in AGO? Were there any warnings during the publishing of the service?

  Looks fine in AGOL, I'm still exploring why the line symbology based on 2 variables is changing in our HTML5 viewer.
