GetMapServiceInfo returns the wrong URL when a site is referenced

I have a workflow that works fine when I don't have a site referenced. However, the moment I reference the site it breaks the workflow and returns a URL from the referenced site instead. Any suggestions? This workflow worked fine in our old version of essentials and SL viewer. We recently upgraded to 4.4 essentials and 2.4 Silverlight viewer.

  I think this is a bug. I just opened a support case for this issue. In my case I found this issue in essentials 4.1.5 so in an older version.

  Thank you for your response Nico! Have you found any kind of work around? I guess I can just hard code the map service url and layer id for now but I just dont like handling it that way. We were running these workflows fine in Essentials 3.15.

  I used the workaround to hardcode an URL.

   

  In my case the cause of the probleems seems to be two different layers with the same ID in parent and child site. Perhaps changing the ID of the layer in the child site (directly in the Site.xml) could also be a workaround.

  That's the same case for me too. Hopefully we get a response or fix for the problem soon. It seems that would be something fixed in 4.4 if it existed in 4.1 also.
