Breaking changes with Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 and Geocortex Insight

Last week we released Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 (GVH) 2.6, and have since been made aware of a data collection issue related to Geocortex Insight.

 

 

 

We are working on a maintenance release of the viewer (version 2.6.1), which is slated for release in mid-May, that will resolve this issue. If you have not yet upgraded your viewer, our recommendation is for you to wait until Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 2.6.1 is available. This will ensure uninterrupted use of Geocortex Insight; if you’ve already upgraded to GVH 2.6, please be aware that Geocortex Insight will not be able to collect data from the viewer at this time.
