In HTML5 Viewer, form queries return cached (out of date) values

Hi all.  I've just noticed a difference between how a workflow runs in HTML5 2.6 vs Silverlight.  I have a workflow form that shows unique subdivision names in a combo box.  If I add a subdivision and run the workflow in Silverlight, the combo box shows the new subdivision name.  However, it doesn't in HTML5 unless I first clear the browser cache.  Which of course, I can't expect the users to do.  Is there a way around this?
