Move "Run Report" to 2nd or 3rd position in Results options

When you select the 4 bars in either the List or Table views, the option to run a report is below what is normally seen, and users have to scroll down to find.  This is used much more often then most of the options on this list and should be up near the top.  Better yet, give control in Manager to control order.
