2.6 HTML5 Viewer Hangs on Splash Inside Manager Only; Cannot Set Initial Extent
I just upgraded our development box from Geocortex Essentials 4.4.1 and HTML5 Viewer 2.5 to 4.5 and 2.6, respectively. All went smoothly, except that my attempt to upgrade all HTML5 viewers indicated that there were none that needed to be upgraded.
I manually upgraded one but cannot launch from within the manager either from "Launch in Browser" or Preview. I can only get as far as the splash screen. I then created a brand new 2.6 site and just copied all the services from a different site. I made no other changes and it, too, hangs at the splash.
However, if I copy the URL from the “Launch in Browser” link, I can fully load and use either of these viewers. How can I get this functionality back in the manager?
Another issue is that I can no longer see a map preview in the map view and the Set Initial Extent button is grayed out. I found older forum notes on this, but nothing recent. I removed all the basemaps from my site, but even with only my vector service, I cannot set the initial extent. The button is available, but there is nothing visible in the preview window. How can I get this functionality back?
Thanks,
Martha

Never mind. I seem to have a corrupt installation of IE on my development box. Everything works fine in other browsers and in IE from my desktop. This I can deal with.
Thanks,
