    Hi John,

     

    I would recommend opening a support case for these 2 issues, you can do so by emailing support@latitudegeo.com.  A screenshare session will most likely be required.  For upgrade related issues support hours are not required.

     

    For your first issue I would check the HOSTS button in the Post Installer to make sure it contains the URL that you are running Manager from.

    This is a common issue. As Wayne mentioned you need to check your hosts and make sure that your domain is above your computer name. But a quick fix is to take a look at  "C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\Manager\Web.config" Most likely the EssentialsURL is set to a machine name, not your domain name. <add key="EssentialsUrl" value="https://computer/Geocortex/Essentials/REST/sites" /> vs <add key="EssentialsUrl" value="https://www.yourdomain.com/Geocortex/Essentials/REST/sites" /> Please make a backup of the web.config file before you edit it. You will also want to check the RestManagerSettings.xml ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\Manager\App_Data\RestManagerSettings.xml") for the same error.
