Is there a way to open Linked maps from result?

I would like to put a link on my parcel result that will let folks go right to the Linked Maps, without having to open toolbar.  Is this possible?  Also, is there any way to configure how it opens - full screen, or at least how much of the screen it will take?

  So the following will open Linked Maps, but to the center of the open map, not to my parcel...
