How to work with HTTP POST request's data in workflow?

We have another application that can send HTTP POST request with parcel ID as its data. I cannot figure out how to work with the data in workflow. I need to get the parcel ID and zoom map to it. Below is an example of a request from that application. I would like to run a workflow called findParcelByIds using the parcel ID in the data listed as GisData.
