Instant Search Index errors

Greetings,

 

I am currently trying to enable an instant search for a parcel and address point layer as a pseudo work around to consolidate search tools in our GCV version 4.4.0. I have selected to index these two features (parcels has roughly 297,000 records; address points has 280, records). I begin the process of enabling the index search and scanning on these layers and they both reach about 80 percent complete and more when this error comes up:

 

 

 

Are these features just too large to effectively enable the instant search function? Does that also mean they are too large to effectively globally search as well or is this feature unaffected as it does not rely on indexing the feature to globally search? Any help or insight into these instant search index errors would be much appreciated.

  I have indexed our parcel layer, and it has around 275k records, and it works fine. However, your server and GTX configurations may be different than mine. Unfortunately, I don't have any help to offer on the error msg.
