Query Options - Two Part Question

For Query and Filter Tools:

 

Users are requesting more values to be visible in the dropdown.  I believe this is 10 right now.  Is there a setting to change this?

 

I see the AND option of building Queries.  What about OR?

  Somehow I remember seeing this in the road ahead or conference material....believe there are some extra goodies coming soon. Hopefully in a mid-late august 2.7 viewer.
