Data Connections - Oracle -

Permanently deleted user

I am getting the attached error when trying to Connect via Oracle.

 

I have oracle 11g installed on the host server and can connect to it the database from the command prompt.

 

Any Idea why this might be happening? the Oracle database

  Answer my own question... After a server reboot the connection worked.
