Heat Map and Cluster Graphics disappear on export and print?

GVH 2.6.1

 

Both heat map and cluster graphics disappear when either exporting image or printing the map. I symbolized two different imported layers as either a heat map or clusters.  Does anyone have a solution or idea on why this might be occurring?

  I wanted to add that the heat map and cluster graphics were from imported .xlsx files.  They were not feature services.  I'm not sure this makes a difference, but I thought I'd add this bit of information.

  We also noticed that clusters from imported layers don't print.  Has there been a solution to this?

  Hi Frank,

   

  It did not make it into the 2.11 version, which is being released today.  It has a high priority so it may make it in for the next release, it is too soon to tell.
