    Hi Shana,

I'm not able to replicate this behaviour on Essentials 4.5.1 and GVH 2.6.1.  What version of Essentials and the viewer are you using?

    Thanks!

Essentials 4.5.0 and GVH 2.6.0.  I will upgrade.  So, what behavior should I expect if I attempt to launch a workflow that I do not have permissions to from the command line in Maptips?

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi Shana,

Because it's not possible to hide hyperlinks in feature descriptions based on permissions, you should expect to see the hyperlink, but not have it do anything when it's clicked.

    Thanks!

The workaround would be to add the layer twice to your map, configure the map tips differently (one with the link, one without), and use layer security settings to determine who sees which layer and in effect map tip content.
