WMTS Connection Error

I am getting an error when trying to add a WMTS to our site.  In the "Add Map Service" window it says "Operation Failed.  Failure to get the capabilities from the URI".

 

Any help is appreciated.

  This can potentially be a number of issues, I would open a support case by emailing support@latitudegeo.com so that it can be investigated further.
