Identify tool returns an Alert in GVH 2.7;

Hi All,

 

Despite the fact that identify tool was working fine after upgrading of GE to 4.6.0, today it returns the below alert

I used GE4.6/ GVH2.7

 

 

 

What might be the issue here?

  I had the same issue with version 4.5.1, although it seemed intermittent. I never found a reason or a solution but it's very confusing for users.

  Hi Lubna,

   

  This error is often caused by problems with the underlying map services, or with the requests being made to them.  A good first step is to disable layers one by one to see if the problem can be traced to one or more specfic layers, or to get a Fiddler capture of the error ocurring so that you can inspect the requests that are being made at that time.

  you are right. the problem was from the map service.
