Page not found error for /Geocortex/Essentials/RestManager for exported PDFs

Hi All -

 

We keep getting this error in our Print Jobs and I am not sure what the approach is to fix it?

 

 

I notice that the EssentialsAppPool4 doesn't have rights on /ProgramData/Latitude Geograhics/Temp directory. Does this need to be updated? R/W permissions?

  HI Joseph,

   

  On my server the EssentialsAppPool user only has "Special Permission" to the folder, so if that's what you are seeing, that should be correct.  

   

  Are you using a reverse proxy?  If so, you may need to set the URL in Manager:

  1. Log into Manager
  2. Click on Application Settings (in the upper right of the screen, beside the 3 tabs)
  3. Set your REST URL, using the external reverse proxy address (something like https://server.yourdomain.com/Geocortex/Essentials/REST)

  Once you've done that, try printing/exporting again.
