Working copy of the current Site is no longer available.

Geocortex Essentials v4.5.1

 

I have a site configured for which I made a few layer additions to a Map Service and republished.  Upon reopening the site, 2 of the 4 Layers added to the Service had already been added to the site and the Layer List, 2 had not.  Manager prompted that the 2 layers needed to be added to the site for it to function properly.  I clicked OK to add them and though they were added to the site, they were not added to the Layer List so that they could be controlled and configured.  I closed the site in Manager and opened the Site.xml in a text editor.  I found the last LayerListID used (1536) and added 2 new lines in the location I wanted within the Layer List configuration near the top of the xml and then browsed to the Map Service Configuration further down where the 2 layers had been added and added in the Layer List ID configuration for each.  I then saved the xml and closed.  I returned to Manager and reopened the site.  I now had Layer List items for the 2 new layers.

 

Now comes the error.  I attempted to make some configuration changes to a few items and click "Apply Changes" and after Manager stating that it was "Uploading" with a percentage in the bottom left corner and then a "waiting for Server Name" followed by both of these repeated and a few more seconds, I got the following error message:

 

An error occurred while processing your request.

 

The attempted operation failed as the working copy of the current Site is no longer available.

 

Anyone else run into this a found a solution?
