GVH 2.7 fails to export query results to shape file;

Hi All,

 

I tried to export query results to shape file but it returns this message “error exporting to “.shp””

  The export file size may be too large.  I think there is a limit of around 2mb.  Try the same export in arcmap and see how large it is.  The .dbf is the usual culprit.

  Yes. You are right. The shape file size is exceeded 2 MB.

  Is there any option at the level of GE to increase the size to be able to export bigger data?

  I am trying to export a shapefile out of my GHV 2.8 and I get this error for only one layer. The export out of ArcGIS is only 200kb. So there must be another issue. Any help would be appreciated.

  If this issue is still occuring then we'd need to review a Fiddler trace and I'd recommend opening a support ticket.
