 but requested an insecure font 'http://themes.googleusercontent.com/static/fonts/inconsolata/v5/BjAYBlHtW3CJxDcjzrnZCIbN6UDyHWBl620a-IRfuBk.woff'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

 

I have checked require SSL in the post installer. Not sure how to make this go away yet..?

  You'll need to change the URL for that font to be HTTPS.

  So far I haven't been able to find where this woff link is invoked.

  I would use the browser inspector or Firebug if I needed to find something like that.  It may not be from Geocortex but some sort of custom styling you are using in a feature description or home panel or other embedded html or custom style.css file.
