As the workflow commands are clicked, the GVH doesn’t give the feeling that the system is working!
In return, as the “print” is requested, a message appears to confirm that the request is being prepared (attached).
Is there any solution to display an indication or such message?

Hi Majdoleen,
If I understand your question correctly, a ConfigureWorkflowContainer activity might be what you're looking for. Just configure it with the message you'd like users to see, to let them know that the command is working. Setting the Is Busy property to True will also display the loading icon that your first picture points to.
