Why is HTML5 viewer is sending tokens with all requests

We have a Html5 viewer that is sending the ?token= attribute with every request. When I deploy the same site and viewer on a other server then this is not happening. Does anybody know why the viewer is doing this?

 

The ?token= added to every request gives us problems. Everytime when a token is added to an  external wms service it will fail because it will respond with an error to the wrong token in the request. We don't use tokens on any of our internal and external rest and wms services.....

  This issue is fixed by upgrading the html5 viewer from 2.5.0 to 2.5.1. In de 2.5.0 version of the html5 viewer, the viewer will include a token in every request to a service, even when token based security is not active or used by that service. Some services will respons with an error when confronted with that (unused) parameter in the request. version 2.5.1 fixes this issue
