Missing Bookmark Button in Chrome - GVH 2.7

We just upgraded from GE 4.4.3/GVH 2.5.2 to GE 4.6.2/GVH 2.7.1.

 

While testing our sites I noticed the bookmark button, in the top left map region, is not displaying in chrome. Looking into it further, it appears this only occurs on my computer. Other chrome installations in my org are loading the button as expected. This is happening across multiple sites and servers running GE 4.6.2/GVH 2.7.1, but not on servers running previous versions.

 

The BookmarkButtonView is active, but none of the child elements are active. The bookmark list is also not loading into the HTML and I am getting this error when loading the map:

  Hi Jared,

   

  It appears that, as of version 54, Chrome no longer supports FileError (it was previously deprecated). This will be fixed in the next viewer release, which is currently planned for next month. Unfortunately, there's no easy work-around in the meantime, apart from using another browser application.

  Several co-workers running Chrome version 54 are not experiencing this issue. I'm struggling to understand why it would only affect my Chrome installation.

  We've had one user report that they first experienced this after clearing their browser's cache. Could that account for the discrepancy?

  That's probably it. I cleared my cache because some of the new icons in manager weren't loading. On the bright side, they showed up after I cleared it...

  Quick update: the developer working on this issue has provided a workaround for existing viewers.
