Why Insight doesn't even show historic data?

Hi,

 

Why Insight doesn't even show historic user data?

 

We had this working for the past 6 months till last week and it was displaying all user data but now it suddenly doesn't display any data. We checked on the Insight Server and restarted Geocortex Core as well as the IIS but that didn't help?

 

Did anyone had this kind of issue?

  I forget to mention, we just upgraded Geocortex Essentials to version 4.6.1 and we were using Insight 1.0. Does it make any difference for the historic data? Would Inisight still keep on collecting the data?
