I'm getting an error on an older machine when first loading our site that I've not seen elsewhere.  Some sites seem to get hung, while others will eventually load...  any ideas?

  What version of the viewer are you seeing this in? When you say you're seeing the error on an older machine, are you referring to the client machine? Which browser(s) are you seeing this with? If you open the developer tools (F12), is there more to the error in the console? Does your viewer have any custom modules?
