GVH Viewer Log in Canadadian Standard Keyboard layout

How do I access the viewer log in Canada?  I am used to ctrl+shift+` on my american keyboard but when I try the same combination on my candian clients' machines it does not work, neither with the same key positions nor the same key characters and I tried both the ` and the ~ keys.  I tried crtl+esc+esc, but that just brings up chrome's browser task manager.  How do you guys open the client log in Victoria?

  Hi Zach,

   

  The way I usually do it is to click and hold on the title bar of the site (just above the viewer toolbar, where your logo is).
