    Hi Allen,

Sorry for the delay getting back to you!  Not sure if you got an answer to this or not, but if not, but I'd be interested to know if you have a forward proxy or something similar between your Essentials server, and your service.

If you don't (or if you're not sure), you can try putting Fiddler as a proxy between Essentials and your services, and see what's going on under the hood:

    I hope this helps!

    All the best,

I'm having this same issue today inexplicably. I don't believe any configuration changes have been made and other sites do not have issues working with the services. In fact, the layers draw fine in the viewer, however the features are not showing up in printed maps/legend.

    Strange.

    Hi Erik,

    Did you ever resolve this?

    Having the exact same issue.

    Thanks,

    Hi Dave,

Are these map services that you're hosting?  Or are you trying to connect to map services hosted outside of your organization?

    Thanks,

    Stephanie

Hi Stephanie, Thanks for the response. It was for external services. Ended up being a TLS 1.2 issue. The link below resolved it... https://communities.geocortex.com/s/article/Connecting-to-external-services-with-TLS-1-2 Dave
