Create New Feature tool should let you add attachments if applicable (GVH-12524)
Per this post and GVH-12524,
Right now the user has to create the feature first, click on the feature again to go into the details pane, click on the Actions Menu icon, find the "Attach a file or photo" option and then add an attachment. It takes a lot of steps for users who are not familiar with Geocortex.
Ideally, the Create New Feature tool would include the Attach File Pane if the feature layer has attachments enabled. Or an attachment field would be included in the Create Feature pane so that the user can create a new feature and add attachments all at once.

should also be an easier way to delete attachments too 0 -
