Error loading Analytics Reports 1.2

Analytics has been work, but now there is an error loading the Reports.  There is a 404 error when trying to load "http://insight.wilco.org/Geocortex/Analytics/Security/Saved/Get".  I have restarted the Core a number of times with not success. Also, I reran the identity setup.   Any thoughts would be appreciated.

 

core: 3.0.4

  Hi Frank,

   

  Interesting!  Can you please try restarting just the web service proxy role?  Here's what you need to do:

   

  1) Open the following file in a text editor (as an Administrator): C:\Program Files\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Core\NSRoot\Geocortex\Core\Roles\WebServiceProxy\3.0.4.1571\role.config

   

  2) At the very end of the file, at the end of the line (the one that says "</Role>", put a single space.

   

  3) Save the file

   

  4) Wait a minute or so, and then re launch Analytics reports.

   

  Please let me know if that does the trick!

  Hi Danny,

   

  Thanks for the suggestion.  Unfortunately, I made the edit, but the problem still occurs.  Just as a side note, my version of Core is 3.0.4.145 in the path above.  Not sure if that matters.
