Buffer option got error

I am getting error with Buffer option in identify tool as well as buffering from the selected feature.  

 

Below is the error message:

 

An error occurred while buffering. Please ensure that the buffer parameters configured here are correct. Details of this error are: Error

 

What am I missing in the configuration?

  Do you have a geometry service configured for your site?

  I used the default one http://agsdemo.geocortex.com/arcgis/rest/services/Utilities/Geometry/GeometryServer/

  You might find it useful to look at a Fiddler trace for the buffer operation.  Follow the directions here (https://support.geocortex.com/essentialsGSCkba?sub-nav=kba&main-nav=essentials&#!/feedtype=SINGLE_ARTICLE_DETAIL&criteria=BESTANSWERS&id=kA360000000ChxJCAS)  and look for the lines that include that geometry service url.  You will also want to confirm that the geometry service is added to the site under Manager > GIS Services > Geometry; There is a "Geometry Service URI" property in the HTML5 viewer configuration as well, but it is deprecated.
