Can I make chart view open by default from the identify result?

  Can you clarify a little? Do you want the identify results to:

   

  1) Open a multiple features chart view

   

  2) Open a single feature chart for each result

  Hi Hwa Saup,

   

  The command "ShowChartingView" can be used to open the charting view when you have results selected and multi-feature charts available, but I've found that adding it to the identify command in the viewer config file does not open the charting view.  My hunch is that this issue here is the charting view will not open unless results exist, so asking it to open results and the charting view at the exact same time does not work.  We might have better luck by recreating the identify tool in a workflow with the "ShowChartingView" command added, so that we have more control over the timing of the command.  Or you could post to the Ideas section (https://support.geocortex.com/GSCIdeas?c=09a6000000008RsAAI&filter=1&categ=all&sub-nav=ideas&main-nav=essentials&page=1) and suggest that this behaviour be provided as configurable option.
