Permission Issues

Permanently deleted user

Hi all,

 

I am trying to lock the HTML 5 Viewer, and when I try to add permissions from active directory, i see the users or groups, however once the permissions are applied you cannot get to the viewer at all, the following screen capture shows the issue, which i dont know how to resolve,

 

 

Any help or pointing in thr right direction would be appreciated,

  What address are you trying to open in your web browser? 

   

  This address will generate that exact error page (known issue, no impact):

   

  http://SERVERNAME/Geocortex/Essentials/REST/

   

  Can you try open the sites page?

   

  http://SERVERNAME/Geocortex/Essentials/REST/Sites/
