In tablet, toggling chart is not working

I have multiple charts in one of layer.  toggling charts work in desktop but in the mobile device, tablet, toggling chart is nto working.  chart visible by default will always visible even I try to check off.  I cannot make the chart visible if the chart is not visible by default.

  Would you be able to tell us what version of Essentials and viewer, and what kind of tablet is being used?  We do have a similar sounding issue filed, which was fixed in 2.6.  Perhaps we can rule whether or not this is related.
