How to change the issuer seed of a Geocortex server?

There's a great article called "Essentials Environments - Best practices" that was released in december 2016. It states "You can edit the Identity server issuer seed in the Post installer on your servers". 

 

The issuer seed is used as a signature from the Geocortex server, and is used when users log on with Geocortex Identity Server. 

 

I've looked in the post installer on my server, but I cannot figure out how to change the server issuer seed. Can anyone shed some light on where this attribute can be changed? We use GCEssentials 4.6.

  I should have checed the Geocortex Essentials Installation Guide first. For anyone else wondering, see chapter 8.3.7.
