Allow users to reset their sign- in password with GVH and Identity Server

Due to both some technical issues and staffing structure issues, we cannot integrate with Active Directory for password management - nor would we want to as we're linked to AGSOL services.  At present that leaves us having to set users passwords at our end and passing them down to the user, not ideal.  It's also a challenge for users to remember another strong password leading us to many calls/e-mails requesting  password resets.  Is it possible to let users reset their own passwords with GVH and Identity Server?
